Welcome to a4h HR Agent ("Service"), provided by Slingshot Artificial Intelligence LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Service, which includes our dashboard web application for hiring managers ("Dashboard") and our AI-driven chatbot interview platform ("Chat App"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of the Service

a4h HR Agent facilitates automated reference check interviews through artificial intelligence (AI). Hiring managers utilize our Dashboard to enter job details, candidate information, referee details, and interview guidelines to generate secure interview links. Referees interact through our Chat App with an AI chatbot, which conducts reference checks based on provided guidelines.

3. User Accounts and Organizations

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Dashboard. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and maintain your account credentials securely.

3.2 Organizations

Hiring managers can create an organization ("Organization") within the Dashboard and invite other users to join. Members of an Organization share access to candidate information, referee details, job data, and chat transcripts generated within that Organization.

4. Access and Use

You may use our Service solely for legitimate employment-related reference checking purposes. You agree not to use our Service:

• For illegal or unauthorized activities.
• To violate applicable employment, privacy, or discrimination laws.
• To distribute spam or malicious software.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Hiring Manager Obligations

Users of the Dashboard (hiring managers) must ensure that all information entered into the Dashboard is legally collected and accurate. Users bear sole responsibility for verifying the acquisition and accuracy of the content they provide.

5.2 Referee Obligations

Referees participating in AI-conducted interviews must not share interview links or interview content with third parties.

6. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

6.1 User-Provided Information

Information provided via the Dashboard (candidate, referee, job information) is confidential and accessible exclusively to members of the Organization that entered it. We retain this information for the duration that your Organization remains active within our Service.

6.2 Chat Transcripts

Transcripts of AI-conducted reference interviews are confidential and visible only to Organization members. We may use anonymized chat content for training our AI models to enhance Service performance and accuracy.

6.3 Data Deletion Requests

We will promptly delete user-related information upon receiving a written request. Requests should be directed to contact@slingshotgpt.com.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Service, including AI models, software, interfaces, and related technologies, constitutes our proprietary intellectual property. You agree not to reverse engineer, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service without explicit written consent.

8. Limitations and Disclaimers

8.1 AI Performance

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism in AI-generated interactions, you acknowledge that our AI-driven interviews do not replace professional human judgment entirely. Slingshot AI LLC is not responsible for any employment decisions made by hiring managers based on AI-generated content. The AI chatbot may occasionally produce inappropriate or inaccurate comments, and Slingshot AI LLC is not responsible for such occurrences.

8.2 Availability

We strive for reliable and uninterrupted Service but cannot guarantee continuous operation or access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, improvements, or due to unforeseen technical issues.

8.3 Liability

Slingshot AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Service.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the Service. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies or upon request.
